Wig revamps have a standard 2 week processing time (contingent upon when customer provides hair to Poised Beautee).

Custom wigs and BYOB orders have a standard 4 week processing time dependent on customization and color services (contingent upon order volume).

Orders purchased with the Relaxed Yaki Straight texture will take an additional 2 weeks to process. 

All processing timelines are contingent upon holidays, weekends, and scheduled business closure days. These days are not included in the stated processing timeframe. 

For all products, there is an additional 1-3 day shipping time frame.
